3rd Century AD Seal Ring A 3rd century Ad seal ring of Sassanian/Eastern origin.Found in Iran,this ring depicts a somewhat barbaric Godess,obviously derived from the Romans,holding a cornucopia.This ring is in good condition,but has had some restoration to the back,the price reflects this. This is a small teak barrel being only 55mm high ,on the brass it is stamped "From the teak of HMS Valiant Jutland 1916"

This is a double sided fabric map,one side of Germany and the other of France,as can be seen it is stamped "Restricted" and is dated, drawn 1944 and issued 1953.It is assumed that it was issued to undercover operatives to assist them in their operations during the years after the second war. At present it is mounted between two sheets of picture class as double sided picture frame,from which it can easily be removed. This is a very unusual item and is the only one we have seen and it is in excellent condition Price £ 185.00
